Our maintenance services are provided directly from our headquarters at service@hooddepot.net.
1.Standard service: Performed between the hours of 7:00am and 5:00pm. We can troubleshoot, adjust, balance, replace all parts of the hood system as required. Travel is determined from our factory to your location and back to our factory. Labor is based on time at project and in one hour increments.
2.Preventative Maintenance: Setup a PM contract to grease bearings, change belts and do a complete system checklist. If any additional work is required we will give a detailed analysis and quote. Suggested intervals are dependant on cooking load usage. Most commonly twice a year is recommended (Call for Price Quote).
3.Extended warranty/Service contract: We can extend your warranty or provide a one time yearly charge for a guaranteed service contract. This would allow you to budget your yearly kitchen hood expense and eliminate large replacement costs (Call for Price Quote).
